10 May – Essential tax Considerations including Capital Gains Tax – Sellers you need to think about the best outcome for tax, buyers you need to understand why the sale is being structured in a particular way and plan your entry to be tax effective when you finally sell.
17 May – The ins and outs of valuations – both buyers and sellers need to understand the valuation process
24 – May – Potential problem areas – Sale contracts and shareholder agreements – don’t be caught without one. Lots of tips for buyers and sellers to consider to protect the interests of both sides and create a happy relationship.
