Recent immigration changes have added veterinarians to the ‘Priority Migration Skilled Occupation List’. This not only means that their visa processing is given priority, but also that they can apply for an exemption to enter Australia. Under current regulations only residents and citizens have been allowed in, but foreigners on this special list can also apply – so at least it is a possibility. It still won’t be easy due to restricted and expensive flights and the time and cost of quarantine, but is an option.

Dog Tales!
Mom and dad have started doing awesome ‘training’ with me, it’s all about games and yummy food! I must say it’s loads of fun, and I can’t wait for them to finish work every day so we can go and play. It got me to thinking – do you remember to give your team treats and let them have some fun? I wouldn’t behave nearly as well all day at work if mom hadn’t started these games with me….
