APL Accounting News November 2018
November
Remember that for every dental that you do in November, something special will happen
We will keep you updated on how this goes at the end of the month, but those of you using Profitdiagnostix can inspire your team by telling them that every dental they complete will change somebody’s life in Morocco or India.
Dental Webinar for Everyone
Keeping in theme with dentistry, we will be holding a dental webinar on the 7th November where we interview a top performing dental practice and find out how they managed to get such great result in this area of pet wellness.
This web event will be the first in a series of 12 held each month that will cover all the important strategies that veterinary practices can apply to improve both their level of patient care and their profitability.

A big welcome to Joy Li who has just joined our bookkeeping team.
Joy has a Diploma in Accounting, is a registered BAS agent and brings with her a wealth of experience.
Online appointment scheduling
As we have all discovered in our annual workshops, customer convenience is very important and veterinary practices offering online scheduling seem to get more new customers. At APL we like to test, apply and implement everything we learn so we have decided to offer this same convenience to you so that you don’t waste time playing phone tag with us.
Instead of playing phone tag with us you can now book a 10 minute phone call or a one hour meeting with Anne or Paolo by using their online appointment schedulers.
These can be accessed by using these links:

Or course pre-operative bloods and fluids were mandatory – but you guys already know that right? And yes, we did try to chew out each others iv fluid lines – hence the ‘cone of shame’.
